Hi! I’m Alexis Delich, an R&D Chemical Engineer, Technical Manager and founder of STEM Connect. I'm based in London and I help R&D teams in the chemical & manufacturing industries turn experimental data and daily workflows into insights → decisions → documentation through AI prompt design, data structuring and R&D expertise.
My Mission
My goal is to empower engineering and R&D teams by combining three core capabilities:

My Path
I was born in Argentina and I've worked across Spain and the UK, holding R&D roles in both large companies and startups before starting STEM Connect. Along the way, I noticed that many teams struggled to bridge the gap between experimental data and decision‑making. By experimenting with AI tools and refining prompt strategies, I developed workflows that enable logical experiments, quicker decisions and better documentation.
Building STEM Connect
What started as a personal productivity system evolved into a structured method that mirrors how engineers think and deliver results. The name “STEM Connect” was inspired by all the networking and relationships I have developed over the past few years in the technical and experimental fields. The name represents clear communication, collaboration, contribution, curiosity, strength, intellect, quick-thinking, humility and honesty, with a strong emphasis on the importance of human relationships.

From Ideas to Precision
After months of research, I developed a methodology for generating powerful technical prompts called RCTOF -
Role, Context/Trigger, Task, Objective/Reason Why and Output Format.
When I jot down a vague idea, my Factory Prompt Agent reformulates it into a complete, optimised instruction that starts every ChatGPT conversation with focus.
It’s now the backbone of how I (and my clients) move from idea → insight → execution with clarity and speed.
Voice-Driven Engineering
I don’t just type to ChatGPT - I talk to it. Using voice commands, I simulate a real-time project dashboard, asking for status, updates or supplier information. I operate as an orchestrator, managing multiple work areas and supplier relationships through structured, conversational inputs.
